A wish I have always had was to be able to visit China. I have been enamored with the martial arts, and asian history since I was a little kid. I actually started learning Chinese when I was 10 years old, and later learned some Japanese. I have never been there and three days ago I finally told a travel agent in China to book me on a China travel package.

It's a great deal that encompasses three weeks and several of the high profile attractions like the Great Wall of China, and some of the historic cities like Shanghai. It took about three weeks to actually make reservations as my travel agent in China was using a Cantonese dialect and I couldn't understand a thing she was saying! However, I muddled through and realized I am actually going to be leaving in two weeks. I have to bone up on China travel tips so I will be able to enjoy my trip to the fullest. I can't wait to finally see the land that I have been dreaming about for decades.
